Borscht (pictured) - Poland’s most popular soup is made with beets, carrots, cabbage, and potatoes started in a beef and chicken stock.
Easter Soup (pictured) - Made from a base of sour rye flour with fresh garlic and marjoram. This lightly creamy soup is enhanced with smoked kielbasa and hard boiled egg.

The Secret Garden - Crisp romaine tossed with mild farmer cheese, red onion, and tomatoes. Served with our secret parmesan dressing.

Potato Pancakes - The best in town. Three golden crispy cakes made from finely grated potatoes and a hint of onion. They are made fresh and fried fresh in the pan. Served with sour cream and our home made Granny Smith apple sauce.
Pierogi - Three home made pierogi topped with caramelized onions and sour cream. Please ask your server what fillings are available today.
Blintzes - Two pillow shaped heavenly crepes filled with lightly sweetened farmer cheese with plenty of real vanilla. With sour cream and your choice of strawberry or cherry sauce on the side.
Grilled Kielbasa and Pineapple Skewers - Wonderful flavor of crispy smoked kielbasa with pineapple.
Russian Deviled Eggs - Hardboiled eggs topped with shredded cheddar and swiss with loads of fresh garlic.
Blood Sausage (Kiszka) - Grilled and served with horseradish on the side.

Grilled Kielbasa with Sauerkraut Dinner - Grilled kielbasa from Chicago served with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. Choose either smoked or fresh kielbasa. Fresh kielbasa is not smoked and has more of a garlic taste and may appear pink in color.
